What we believe
Family experience is part of care, and part of the evidence.
Six ideas guide how we build, who we partner with, and how we treat what families share with us.
Caregiving is part of healthcare.
The people who care for someone every day are part of the care team. What they notice, and what they know works, belongs in the picture.
Lived experience is evidence.
What families share is more than a personal story. It’s a signal: of what families need, where care falls short, and what actually helps.
Support comes first.
Families take part because it helps them today. Capturing what happens, seeing it organized, and finding peers and guidance come before any data.
Consent from the first share.
Nothing a family shares becomes data without their consent, and what they share is de-identified from the start.
No one should carry it alone.
Families shouldn’t have to figure it out by themselves. That’s why peer circles are built in: the people who have lived it are often the ones who help most.
Doing good is in our charter.
As a public benefit corporation, we answer for our impact on families as well as our results, and we build a business that lasts so the work can too.
Who we work with
For the foundations and organizations that serve families.
We reach families through the organizations they already rely on, and give those organizations a clearer view of how families are doing.
Foundations and advocacy groups
Support for the families in your community, and registries that capture their experience over time.
Health and behavioral health organizations
Family-reported baselines and outcome reporting for the programs you run, from day one.
Researchers and life sciences
Consented, longitudinal real-world data on family mental health, caregiving and behavioral health.
